Marketing Manager

Our client is a fast-growing global technology company expanding its brand presence across the Baltic market. They are seeking a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager who can combine strategic marketing skills with practical graphic design abilities to support both consumer and business product lines.

This is a dynamic role for a marketer who enjoys owning the full cycle: strategy, content creation, social media management, GTM planning, and event execution. You will work closely with the local business team to ensure strong market visibility and effective support for partner-driven sales.


Role Purpose

The Marketing Manager will lead day-to-day marketing operations across the Baltics, covering both Consumer Marketing (2C) and Business Marketing (2B). You will strengthen brand awareness, manage social channels, support product launches, organize events, and produce marketing materials that drive engagement and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

Consumer Marketing (2C)

Focus: Build brand visibility, drive engagement, and support growth of consumer product lines.

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for consumer products.
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) activities for new product launches.
  • Create daily visual content and marketing assets (hands-on graphic design).
  • Manage and grow social media accounts with consistent, high-quality content.
  • Coordinate and supervise social media agencies to ensure brand alignment.
  • Plan, allocate, and optimize MDF budgets to enhance brand exposure.

Business Marketing (2B)

Focus: Support B2B partner sales through events, materials, and targeted marketing initiatives.

  • Plan and manage events, partner workshops, and marketing activities.
  • Produce case studies and business-focused materials for the B2B product line.
  • Work closely with the local business team to align marketing with commercial goals.

What We Expect From You

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in marketing, with strong understanding of marketing principles and strategy execution.
  • Practical graphic design ability (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite or similar tools).
  • Hands-on execution skills in social media management and content creation.
  • Experience with GTM planning and brand-building activities.
  • Understanding of B2C marketing dynamics.
  • Experience organizing client events or partner activities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate independently.
