Operational Excellence Manager

Our client, a healthcare startup, that is building patented nutrition technology is looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Manager (OpEx) to drive cross-departmental performance, optimize processes, and build a high-efficiency operational ecosystem across the organization.

What You Will Lead

- Process optimization, workflow redesign, and SOP standardization

- Automation initiatives to increase revenue per employee and profit per employee

- KPI tracking and improvement across all teams

- Blocker removal and coordination between departments

- Training, workshops, and adoption of new tools and processes

- Cross-functional (dev, marketing, design, product, support, management, data & payments) improvement projects with measurable results.

What We Expect

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or similar.

- 5+ years in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Lean/CI, or similar roles.

- Experience in high-dynamic environments (software, marketing, advertising, finance).

- Proven success leading cross-functional improvement projects.

- Strong experience managing hybrid teams (approx. 30% onsite, 60% remote).

- High personal discipline.

- International/matrix organization experience is a plus.

- starting from 6000 EUR gross/month (depending on experience).
