Operational Excellence Manager

Our client is a global health-tech company that helps millions of people worldwide as they turn medical services into an accessible, easy-to-follow, and very effective patented nutrition system. They have invested several millions into building the best technology and nutrition methodology in this 200-billion-dollar industry. Their ultimate dream is to help 1 billion people in their lifetime and become the go-to choice in the EU and the US for preventive medicine tools – both paid and freemium.

The company is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to join their leadership team in Riga. This role plays a key part in scaling a health-tech product used by millions of people worldwide, ensuring the organization operates with clarity, efficiency, and high performance across all departments.

You will help shape how teams work together, build stronger processes, remove inefficiencies, and drive automation that directly impacts growth and user experience. This role is in a high-growth start-up environment.
We are specifically looking for an Operational Excellence leader who has worked in hyper-growth phases, where the organization scaled rapidly (10x or similar), processes were built from scratch, and structure had to evolve continuously while the business was growing. Experience in maintaining clarity, performance, and execution during fast expansion is essential.

What You Will Lead

Process optimization, workflow redesign, and SOP standardization

Automation initiatives to increase revenue per employee and profit per employee

KPI tracking and improvement across all teams

Blocker removal and coordination between departments

Training, workshops, and adoption of new tools and processes



What We Expect

Proven success leading cross-functional organization wide improvement projects.

5+ years in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Lean/CI, or similar roles.

Clear and fluent communication in English and Latvian

Experience in high-dynamic environments (software, marketing, advertising, finance).

Skilled in leading and collaborating across hybrid working environment

High personal discipline.


It will be considered a plus if you:

have experience in International/matrix organizations

have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or similar.

Compensation & Benefits

starting from 6000 EUR gross/month (depending on experience).
