The company is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to join their leadership team in Riga. This role plays a key part in scaling a health-tech product used by millions of people worldwide, ensuring the organization operates with clarity, efficiency, and high performance across all departments.

We are specifically looking for an Operational Excellence leader who has worked in hyper-growth phases, where the organization scaled rapidly (10x or similar), processes were built from scratch, and structure had to evolve continuously while the business was growing. Experience in maintaining clarity, performance, and execution during fast expansion is essential.
• Process optimization, workflow redesign, and SOP standardization
• Automation initiatives to increase revenue per employee and profit per employee
• KPI tracking and improvement across all teams
• Blocker removal and coordination between departments
• Training, workshops, and adoption of new tools and processes
• Proven success leading cross-functional organization wide improvement projects.
• 5+ years in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Lean/CI, or similar roles.
• Clear and fluent communication in English and Latvian
• Experience in high-dynamic environments (software, marketing, advertising, finance).
• Skilled in leading and collaborating across hybrid working environment
• High personal discipline.
It will be considered a plus if you:
• have experience in International/matrix organizations
• have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or similar.
• starting from 6000 EUR gross/month (depending on experience).
