Sales Development Representative

This role is suitable for specialists at an early stage of their sales career who have experience in customer communication and want to develop in B2B sales. You will work with business partners such as resellers, installers, and service providers across Latvia and the Baltic region, handling outbound communication, partner follow-ups, CRM updates, and early-stage sales activities.

What you will do

  • Contact new and existing B2B partners by phone and email
  • Communicate with partners on a daily basis
  • Understand partner needs
  • Qualify partners and sales opportunities
  • Update and maintain data in the CRM system
  • Prepare simple price quotations for small partners
  • Work closely with the sales and pre-sales teams

This role is focused on communication and qualification, not on closing sales.

Requirements

  • 1 -2 year experience in customer communication, sales, support, or similar roles
  • Experience in outreach and communication with customers by phone and email
  • Latvian and English language upper-level, communication and writing.
  • Experience in working with CRM systems and data
  • Motivation to learn B2B sales and new products
  • Structured and responsible approach to daily work

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of networking or security solutions (Networking / CCTV)

Onboarding and training

  • Onboarding plan
  • Product and solution training
  • Training on sales processes and internal systems
  • Ongoing support from the manager and team
  • Riga is the base location for team meetings and partner visits when needed

No deep technical knowledge is required at the beginning.

  • Gross monthly salary: EUR 1,900–2,300, depending on experience
