Sales Development Representative

Our client is a globally recognised technology brand. They develop and sell network infrastructure and security solutions, including enterprise wireless systems, network switches, and video surveillance used by businesses across the world.

Their Baltic team is growing, and they are now looking for a Sales Development Representative to help expand and manage their partner network in Latvia and the region.

About the Role

This is a indirect channel sales role. You will manage relationships with business partners, resellers, system integrators, and service providers.

You will be responsible for the full sales cycle: finding new partners, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals through the channel. You will not sell directly to end users.

This role is a great fit if you have a solid base in B2B sales and want to grow in a structured, international environment.


What You Will Do

  • Contact new and existing partners by phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Build and manage a portfolio of resellers, system integrators, and service providers
  • Understand what partners need and match them with the right solutions
  • Qualify sales opportunities and move them forward to a close
  • Prepare price quotes and simple sales proposals
  • Keep your pipeline, notes, and follow-ups up to date in the CRM
  • Read and review sales reports to track your pipeline and results
  • Work closely with the sales and pre-sales team



What We Are Looking For

Core requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a B2B sales role
  • You are comfortable with daily outbound communication — phone, email, LinkedIn
  • You can qualify leads and manage a pipeline
  • You know how to work with a CRM system
  • You can read and use sales reports data
  • Latvian and English at a high level, both spoken and written
  • You are organised, consistent.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in indirect or channel sales (working with resellers, distributors, or system integrators)
  • Basic familiarity with networking, security, or CCTV solutions

  • Ongoing support from your manager and team

The offer

  • Gross monthly salary: EUR 1,900–2,300, depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonuses (semi-annual and annual)
