About the role
As a member of the Data Team, you will be part of the team supporting sales, customer engagement, and development of various data services and data products in Asia and Latin America. You have a central role in expanding the data science models portfolio by leveraging machine learning and other advanced methods. You will also be driving MLOps technologies and practices development. You will work closely with the data engineer and DevOps team to support the deployment of machine learning models by using robust MLOps, DevOps technologies, and practices.
In the coming year, they will focus on continuing to scale up and expand the development and operationalization of a variety of real-time models. Their focus in on further upgrading MLOps and the associated tech stack using various technologies and tooling in the cloud.
Tech competences
• Experience in solving complex statistical and data problems, ability to translate business problems in data science
• Good understanding of appropriate analytical algorithms, models, and experience in leveraging relevant tools and methods (especially, machine learning)
• Good knowledge and experience with core programming languages (Python, PySpark, etc) and OOP
• Knowledge and experience with MLOps, DevOps processes, techniques, and tools
• Knowledge and experience with databases, data search, and extraction
• Experience with deployment, monitoring, and maintaining ML models in production, including CI/CD, retraining pipelines, and model observability (drift, performance, reliability)
• Experience designing and optimizing ML pipelines (focus on feature store, model serving frameworks)
• 5+ years of experience in roles such as Data Scientist or ML Engineer
• Successful track record in delivering end-to-end machine learning projects
