About the role

As part of the Data Team, you will play a key role in building and scaling the company’s data platform that supports sales, customer engagement, and data-driven product development across Asia and Latin America. You’ll design, develop, and maintain reliable data pipelines and workflows, working with cloud infrastructure and orchestration tools. Collaborating closely with data scientists, DevOps, and business stakeholders, you’ll ensure high-quality, well-structured data is available for analytics and operational use. This role involves contributing to data warehousing, troubleshooting, and pipeline performance, while continuously improving data engineering practices.

Tech competences

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering roles, including at least 2 years in a mid-level position

• Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL, Redshift)

• Proficiency in Python for data processing and pipeline development

• Experience with AWS (S3, Redshift, Lambda, etc.) or similar cloud services and infrastructure (Azure, GCP)

• Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow (or similar tool) for orchestrating data workflows

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modeling techniques and best practices, data engineering best practices, ETL/ELT and performance optimization

• Experience with data visualization tools Tableau or Power BI

• Experience with version control systems (Git)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• You are expected to be an expert in your field and constantly keep up with the trends and technologies

• You are expected to actively support and knowledge-share with others in the area of advanced analytics and data science, and be able to work across the data, business, and IT functions with various subject matter experts
