The role
We’re looking for a Senior or Mid-Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in payment technology software sales.
This role is focused on selling complex financial technology solutions, including:
- Card issuing and acquiring processing systems
- Payment gateway and POS gateway solutions
- Digital banking and core banking systems
- White-label payment platforms
You’ll work with banks, fintechs, and financial institutions across Europe and beyond, driving new business and managing the full sales cycle.
What you’ll be doing
- Drive end-to-end sales of payment technology solutions to banks and financial institutions
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline across international markets
- Present complex technical solutions in a clear, business-focused way
- Prepare and deliver tailored commercial proposals
- Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations
- Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and emerging payment technologies
- Represent the company in the industry and contribute to brand visibility
- Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline tracking in CRM
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in selling payment technology or financial software solutions
- Strong preference for candidates with direct experience selling to banks
- Solid understanding of payment systems (card processing, gateways, core banking, etc.)
- Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Structured and detail-oriented approach to sales processes
