This is a newly created role where focus is to build and execute Baltic market strategies for products like smart home devices, cameras, and home networking solutions (TP-Link & Tapo) and work directly with major retail partners to bring them to market.

Go-To-Market Strategy
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for TP-Link & Tapo consumer products across the Baltics
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor landscape
- Define product positioning, pricing, and launch plans
- Identify opportunities to grow product awareness and develop new categories
Retail & Partner Development
- Work closely with key retail and distribution partners
- Present product strategies and launch plans
- Negotiate product listings, pricing, and shelf positioning
- Build strong, long-term relationships with partners
Execution & Performance
- Coordinate product launches with internal teams (sales, marketing, product)
- Monitor product performance and lifecycle
- Adjust strategy based on market feedback and results
- Support execution of agreed GTM initiatives across the region
Must-have
- At least 3 years of experience developing and executing Go-To-Market strategies within the consumer electronics industry
- Experience working with retail partners or distributors
- Strong understanding of market analysis, pricing, and product positioning
- Ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders
- Fluency in English and at one of the Baltic region languages (Latvian, Estonian, or Lithuanian)
- Valid Category B driving licence
Nice to have
- Experience in consumer electronics or technology products
- Background working with brands like Xiaomi, Samsung, or similar
- Experience in negotiations and account management
- Understanding of the Baltic retail market

- Base compensation from EUR 4,000 gross/month
- Car allowance: EUR 750 gross/month
- Performance bonuses:
-Semi-annual bonus up to ~1.5x monthly salary
