Our client is a global technology company which is expanding its operations in the Baltics, to strengthen its presence and secure long-term market growth. This position focuses on building strategic partnerships, driving sales of network solutions, and promoting the Omada ecosystem across Lithuania.
Role Purpose
This role is designed for an experienced, confident, and results-driven Business Development professional who understands the networking solutions market in Lithuania. The goal is to develop new business opportunities, manage partner relationships, and support the company’s expansion through strategic sales and market development.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Lithuanian market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, SI or VAR (System Integrators or Value Added Reseller )
- Drive B2B sales growth and ensure achievement of commercial targets.
- Promote Omada solutions to clients in hospitality, education, public institutions, logistics, and other business sectors.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, proposals, and solution pitches.
- Collaborate with the Baltic team on strategy, positioning, and market insights.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and Lithiania's customer needs.
- Participate in events, roadshows, and partner trainings.
- Ensure effective communication between clients and internal technical or pre-sales teams.
- 3–5 years of experience selling and working with B2B network solutions (e.g. Cisco, HPE, Fortinet, MikroTik, UBNT).
- Strong knowledge of the Lithuanian market of network solution providers.
- Highly self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Confident, independent professional able to operate with minimal supervision.
- Experience in network solution sales is essential.
- Fluent Lithuanian and English.
- Valid B category driving licence.
- Based in Lithuania.

- 4300 EUR/month base salary.
- 600 EUR/month car allowance.
