Our client is a global technology company working with enterprise and cloud-managed network solutions. As they expand in the Baltics, they are looking for a Network Solutions Consultant who enjoys combining technical work with partner communication and support.
This role focuses on helping partners successfully deploy, use, and support network solutions, while also taking part in pre- and post-sales technical activities.
- Provide technical trainings, workshops, and product demonstrations
- Support partners with network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting (Omada solutions)
- Join customer meetings to explain technical features and solutions
- Prepare simple technical documentation (guides, FAQs, configurations)
- Test equipment and support POC activities
- Travel to partner meetings in Latvia and Estonia when needed
- 2–4 years of hands-on networking instalation, planning and configuration experience
- Knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLAN, WiFi, PoE
- Experience with cloud-managed networking platforms (Omada, UniFi, Meraki, MikroTik, Aruba or similar)
- Experience in technical support and working with customers
- Comfortable explaining technical topics and delivering trainings
- Fluent Latvian and English language
- Category B driving licence
Compensation 3950 - 4750 EUR gross
That consists of:
- monthly compensation 3200 - 4000 EUR gross (based on experience)
- fixed monthly car allowance 750 EUR gross
