Network Solutions & Pre-Sales Specialist

Our client is a global technology company specializing in enterprise and cloud-managed networking solutions. They are expanding their presence in the Baltics and are looking for a technically skilled professional who enjoys working with people, supporting partners, and helping them successfully deploy and use modern network solutions.
This role combines hands-on networking expertise with communication, training, and partner enablement, making it ideal for someone who wants to grow both technically and in customer-facing activities.


Your responsibilities:

- Deliver technical trainings, workshops, and product demonstrations for installers and MSPs.

- Conduct 4–6 weekly meetings with partners in Latvia and Estonia (on-site or remote).

- Support partners with network configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of Omada solutions.

- Assist sales managers in customer meetings by explaining technical features.

- Prepare technical documentation such as setup guides, FAQs, and configuration procedures.

- Test equipment internally to understand features and reproduce partner-reported issues.

- Participate in tender preparation by completing technical sections and compliance details.

Admin & Home-office tasks (~50%)

Preparing documentation, planning demos, testing equipment, answering partner questions, coordinating with the Baltic team, and handling internal communication.

Workshops, trainings & demos (~25–30%)

Delivering technical trainings, running workshops for installers and MSPs, presenting Omada solutions, and supporting POC deployments.

Travel & partner meetings (~20–25%)

4–6 on-site partner meetings per week across Latvia and Estonia.

Estonia trips are handled as full business travel with overnight stays.


What we expect from you:


Technical Knowledge

- 2–4 years hands-on experience in networking (admin, support, or field tech).

- Strong knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing basics.

- Good understanding of WiFi standards and PoE.

- Experience in configuring switches, access points, controllers, and small business networks.

- Familiarity with cloud-managed networking systems. Omada or similar - UniFi, Meraki, MikroTik, Aruba.


Training & Communication

- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to installers and MSP engineers.

- Confidence in delivering trainings, workshops, and demos.

- Excellent written and spoken English and Latvian.



It’s a plus if you have:


- Network certifications (e.g. CNA),

- Presentation skills

- Experience in providing technical trainings (workshops)


The offer
