Junior Network Solutions specialist (pre-sales)

Our client is a global technology company working with cloud-managed networking solutions and expanding in the Baltics. They are looking for a Junior Network Solutions Specialist who has basic knowledge in networking and a strong motivation to grow into a Senior Pre-Sales role over time.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build hands-on technical skills and learn how to work with partners and customers.

What you will do

• Support partners with basic network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Assist in technical discussions with clients and partners
• Learn to work with cloud-managed networking solutions (TP-Link Omada)
• Help prepare technical documentation and demo environments
• Join partner meetings together with senior team members
• Gradually take on presentations, trainings, and workshops (after onboarding period)

What we are looking for

• 1 year of experience in networking or IT infrastructure
• Basic understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLAN, WiFi
• Degree (or final year student) in IT / Networking or related field
• Interest in growing into a pre-sales / customer-facing role
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Fluent English, Latvian required
• Category B driving licence
