As a QA Lead you will support the engineering teams. A QA team of three people is planned to be created to test web systems and support the development process.

Responsibilities:
- Directly manage and lead QA team members, guide and mentor Junior, Middle and Senior QA engineers
- Ensure that team is meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
- Develop detailed test plans and test cases
- Oversee the execution of test cases and manage bugs lifecycle
- Ensure that testing covers all necessary scenarios and use cases
- Ensure that team follows established QA standards and best practices
- Provide regular status updates on testing activities
- Maintain and update test documentation as needed
- Manage and maintain QA tools and platforms, train team members on the use of these tools
- Identify training needs for the team
- Keep up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies, tools and industry standards
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team
- Work closely with developers, product managers and other stakeholders to ensure that quality is maintained through all SDLC
- Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives
Additional responsibilities:
- Set goals and objectives for the QA team
- Create and maintain a positive and productive team culture
- Represent the QA team at cross-functional meetings and presentations
- Advocate for the QA team's needs and resources
- Track and report on QA metrics
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance field (experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress; understanding of framework architecture)
- 1+ years Managing experience
- Strong knowledge of Python, Pytest, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks
- Backend testing, API testing, database testing, POStman
- Experience with CI/CD infrastructure for software development and delivery
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- You have good English and communication skills
- Experience working with agile software development teams
- Ability to work independently and proactively
