Junior IT Project Manager

Our client, a company specialising in digital solutions, is expanding their team and looking for a Junior IT Project Manager. Key responsibilities

- Development and execution of project plans

- Stakeholder management and effective communication

- Promoting and maintaining an Agile culture within the team

- Managing multiple small and medium-sized projects simultaneously

- Preparation and administration of contracts and invoices

- Planning, monitoring, and controlling project budgets

- Managing talents and external contractors

- Keep management regularly informed on project progress, risks, and key decisions

- Continuous professional development and staying up to date with the latest IT trends



We’re looking for someone who

- Has 1–3 years of experience in IT project or team management

- Is fluent in Latvian (native level) and confident in English

- Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing

- Understands and applies Scrum and Kanban methodologies

- Can manage budgets, plans, and client expectations

- Takes initiative and wants to make an impact on both company and clients


Nice to have

- Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)

- Experience with public sector projects

- Knowledge of Lean, SAFe, or similar frameworks

- Experience working with SaaS or packaged products

- Curiosity about how AI tools can support project management
