In this role, you’ll take the lead in everything related to data — shaping analytics strategy, building scalable solutions, and driving data-based decision-making across the teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Build reports and dashboards using internal data sources and web analytics
- Analyze user behavior and website traffic using Google Analytics and PostHog
- Manage and optimize Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and data collection
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to improve Google Ads and Facebook Ads performance
- Provide strategic recommendations to optimize customer journeys, conversion rates, and marketing performance
- Analyze A/B test results and provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience analyzing online user behavior (preferably in travel or e-commerce)
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and Google Ads
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads analytics and tracking
- Experience with SQL and databases (preferably BigQuery)
- Willingness to learn PostHog or similar product analytics platforms
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication to translate data into clear business insights.
