Data Analyst

This is a brand-new Data Analyst role within the company, focused on tracking payment performance across multiple providers and regions. You will support the team with data-driven dashboards and reports to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Your work will help the team quickly detect issues, optimize conversion, and identify new opportunities.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and, most importantly, proactively suggest new analyses, reports, and metrics that bring value to the business.

What You Will Do:

·      Build and maintain real-time dashboards

·      Develop automated reports covering transaction flows, success rates, and decline reasons

·      Proactively identify and propose new areas of analysis and reporting

·      Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reports align with business needs

·      Explore lightweight BI tools or processes to increase the team’s independence from central BI resources

·      Support reconciliation processes and ensure data accuracy

Requirements:

·      Strong SQL skills

·      Experience with any BI/visualization tools (Superset, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)

·      Strong analytical mindset, able to identify trends and recommend improvements

·      Excellent communication skills for gathering requirements from stakeholders

Nice to Have:

·      Experience with scripting/automation (Python or similar)

·      Familiarity with payments or fintech
