Our client, a fast-growing player in the FinTech industry, is expanding its Client Success team to keep up with a growing portfolio of large financial institutions. As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner for clients, guiding them through integrations, solving challenges, and making sure they get the best out of next-generation payment solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Understand client business models, processing needs, and growth plans to offer tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Coordinate with product and tech teams to resolve issues or implement custom configurations.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and processing trends.
- Support clients in optimizing their payment processing flows and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and present regular performance reviews and reporting dashboards to clients.
- Work internally with sales, product and compliance teams to advocate for client needs.
Requirements
- Experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or similar client-facing roles
- Previous work experience in a bank or financial institution
- IT background with knowledge of APIs, integrations, and payment processes (issuer, acquirer, reconciliation).
- Fluent in English and Latvian
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings

- Additional languages
- Familiarity with payments lifecycle (acquiring, issuing, processing, gateways), Visa/Mastercard compliance, and reconciliation
