Senior .NET Full-stack Developer

Our client, a leading insurance company, is seeking a Senior .NET Full-stack Developer to join their team.
The role is central to an ongoing technical transformation, balancing modern technologies with the realities of legacy systems.

You’ll be part of a distributed team across Riga and Stockholm, working on a critical in-house system used exclusively by internal users. Development is currently split evenly between back-end and front-end, with a long-term roadmap shifting focus toward back-end and cloud solutions.

The team includes a Product Owner, five developers, and a QA. Together, you’ll follow a clear roadmap while also contributing ideas that improve processes, tools, and code quality.

If you thrive in transformation environments, enjoy coding at a high level, and want your expertise to shape a system that’s core to the business, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

As Senior .NET Full-stack Developer you will:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions within squad scope
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in close collaboration with developers and stakeholders
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and contribute ideas for improving team routines
  • Provide technical support for API consumers during and after onboarding
  • Take ownership of your work and consistently deliver reliable results
  • Mentor and support less experienced colleagues, sharing expertise openly
  • Suggest and implement improvements in code, tools, and ways of working
  • Contribute actively to code reviews and technical discussions
