As the Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for Way4 payments processing application and its underlying platform technologies. The Application Support team is responsible for deploying, maintaining and configuring various application modules and together with the IT Infrastructure Team and Cloud Security Engineers are responsible for achieving high availability of their SaaS service.
What you will do:
• Assess impact, plan, and implement application patches and releases.
• Continuously monitor application health and availability, driving improvements where needed.
• Act as a key member of the incident response team, resolving critical incidents efficiently.
• Debug and resolve application defects in collaboration with the development team.
• Participate in integration, functional, and stress testing for application updates and patches.
• Manage and troubleshoot regular application processing tasks, ensuring smooth operations and performing routine maintenance.
• Implement and manage application configuration changes according to change orders.
• Communicate with both clients and the provider of the 4Way platform
• Use CI/CD concepts to perform daily duties.
• Use DevOps tools for automating maintenance processes.
Bonus if you have:
