Technical Account Manager

Our client is a modern international telecommunication services provider and call center software developer headquartered in Riga, Latvia. They are updating their product with new AI features and the latest technologies to automate voice and messaging solutions. Their product is used by thousands of customers across Europe and beyond. In 2020, their business growth was recognized by Lursoft, listing them among the top 100 fastest-growing businesses in Latvia. Currently, they are seeking to continue successful growth internationally and the reason why they are looking for a new colleague to join their team.

Required experience and skills:

  • Previous experience as an Business Account Manager or Client Support in the telecom or IT industry, or Technical Support level 1+ or higher within any industry;
  • You could also be a Project or Technical Manager who likes to deliver projects and communicate with external stakeholders, and support them in technical problem situations;
  • Ability to efficiently communicate with different stakeholders and work in a team;
  • Tech-savvy person who knows how to solve problems and even if you might not know the solution right away, you use your logical and creative side to figure it out;
  • Positive attitude towards continuous learning, customers and colleagues;
  • Good knowledge of English, Latvian and Russian.

Responsibilities:

  • New customer onboarding, training and monitoring;
  • Provide ideas and solutions for clients and new features for development;
  • Project management for new feature requests and updates in collaboration with developers;
  • Maintain relations with existing customers and provide ongoing technical support;
  • Analyze log files, router configuration, and run scripts in the console;
  • With AI analyze call rates, calculate costs, set up phone numbers and a new VOIP provider.

Additional requirement but it's not mandatory to apply:

  • At least a basic understanding of how Networking or Telecommunications work, for example, even such things as how to find out an IP address or troubleshoot a network.
