Technical Account Manager

Required experience and skills:

  • Previous experience as Technical Support level 2 or in an IT Project Manager role;
  • Ability to efficiently communicate with different stakeholders and work in a team;
  • Any IT knowledge and interest in the latest technologies;
  • Ability to solve problems for clients;
  • Positive attitude towards work, customers and colleagues;
  • Good knowledge of English and at least an intermediate level of Russian.


  • New customer onboarding, training and monitoring;
  • Provide ideas and solutions for clients and new features for development;
  • Project management for new feature requests and updates;
  • Maintain relations with existing customers and provide ongoing technical support;
  • Solve technical problems by communicating by chat, email and phone;
  • Analyze log files, router configuration, and run scripts in the console;
  • With AI analyze call rates, calculate costs, set up phone numbers and a new VOIP provider.
