They help organizations with tech-innovation at any stage of business development, from choosing the right technology platform, meeting the security and regulatory requirements, transforming the decision making with data analytics, and adding the digital innovation and competitive edge with AI and IoT.
They are seeking an Analyst to join the IT Asset Management (ITAM) team of several Service Delivery Project Managers, Technical Consultants and other Licensing Analysts. In this role, you’ll manage and optimise client licensing agreements, ensuring compliance, and serving as an internal and external trusted advisor in providing software licensing suggestions.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the Delivery Managers on software licensing topics, providing recommendations and suggesting the most suitable licensing solutions;
- Ensure successful communication and information exchange between all involved parties;
- Conduct daily data analysis, navigating complex datasets and translating them into understandable language for clients;
- Maintain and update the current knowledge database.
Requirements:
- You like to analyse data and have a desire to learn IT or may have already worked in the IT field previously;
- Professional experience with Microsoft Excel, for example, you know how to apply Lookup, MATCH, IF and Pivot functions;
- Detail-oriented personality with strong communication skills in Latvian and English;
- Analytical and technical mindset with the ability to search and find necessary information;
- It is not a mandatory requirement, but any knowledge of software licensing is a plus. For example with Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, IBM, or Adobe. In any case, ongoing training on software licensing will be provided.
