Senior DevOps Engineer

‍Your location: Latvia, Poland or Portugal. Flexible hybrid/remote-first approach enables you to work remotely and visit the office at least once per quarter, with the frequency depending on your location.

‍In this role, as a Senior-level DevOps Engineer, you will be part of a team that supports enabling cloud technologies for small and big businesses. ‍Main responsibilities:‍

• Responsible for Configuration Management and System Lifecycle Management;
• Ensure Source Code Repositories are managed and working;
• Improve Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery / Deployment (CI/CD);
• Monitor and report on application health (infrastructure and application);
• Share knowledge among team members of best practices.

‍Must requirements:‍

• Hands-on experience with Linux and/or Windows server administration;
• Proficiency with Azure Cloud;
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages;
• Hands-on with CI/CD Pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub);
• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) / Configuration Management (e.g., Ansible or Puppet);
• Experience with observability and telemetry (Infrastructure and Application);
• Proficient communication skills, good written and spoken English;
• Experience with troubleshooting and incident management;
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and at least a general concept of how development teams are working in an Agile environment.

‍Not mandatory, just nice to have:‍

• Experience with Identity Management (Azure Active Directory);
• Experience with Docker and Orchestration (Kubernetes);
• Experience with Disaster Recovery and High Availability;
• Knowledge of Security and Compliance policies;
• Knowledge of SLI (Service Level Indicator), SLO (Service Level Objective), SLA (Service Level Agreement).
