IT Service Delivery Manager


Our client is an IT and data services group with over 20 years of experience specializing in software licensing and software asset management services, as well as delivering progressive cloud and data services to customers in the industries tending towards secure and effective IT management. They help organizations with tech-innovation at any stage of business development, from choosing the right technology platform, meeting the security and regulatory requirements, transforming the decision making with data analytics, and adding the digital innovation and competitive edge with AI and IoT.

Due to the company's growth, they seek an energetic Delivery Manager to be part of the IT Asset Management (ITAM) team of Licensing Analysts, Technical Consultants and other Delivery Managers. This role focuses on providing and managing service delivery operations, supporting clients, and overseeing service delivery processes. Besides ITAM projects, you will also sometimes be assigned to help other teams which work with services such as Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions or others.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive and productive relationships with customers to drive business growth;
  • Manage your Service Delivery Team ensuring efficient task execution and conflict resolution;
  • Coordinate and lead meetings throughout all stages of service delivery, serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns, and providing solutions when necessary;
  • Ensure effective communication and information exchange between all parties involved, identify and adapt to customer needs, and participate in budget management, deadlines, and quality assessments;
  • Review, maintain, and update service delivery procedures and policies, manage and track client agreements, and prepare and present reports.

Requirements:

  • You have at least approximately 2 years of experience with communication with clients as an IT Project Manager or IT Service Delivery Manager, or similar;
  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills;
  • Skilled in resource planning, teamwork capabilities and attention to detail;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and high fluency either in Latvian or Lithuanian. 

Not mandatory to Apply, but will be considered a Plus if:

  • You hold at least one of the following certifications:  ITIL, Prince2, PMP, Project+, Scrum Master, or SAFe;
  • You have knowledge of software resource management processes (SAM, ITAM, ITSM) and familiarity with software licensing (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, IBM, Adobe).
