ERP Delivery Manager

Our client is a leading IT company in Latvia specializing in the implementation and support of Microsoft business solutions, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Navision). With over 25 years of experience and a team of 120+ professionals, they deliver high-quality ERP and business management solutions to organizations across the Baltics.

Their clients include both local businesses and international companies with regional operations. Known for their industry expertise and strong client relationships, they are now looking for a skilled and charismatic ERP Delivery Manager to support continued growth and strengthen project delivery.

What will You do:

  • Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects from start to finish;
  • Be the main point of contact between clients and the internal team;
  • Solve issues and keep projects on track (timeline, scope, quality);
  • Handle difficult client situations with confidence and professionalism;
  • Support project managers and help improve internal cooperation;
  • Build trust with clients and ensure they are satisfied with the service;
  • Suggest improvements to project processes and adjust when needed;
  • Help bring stability and motivation to the implementation team;
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles and IT project management;
  • Hands-on experience with service delivery and implementation processes;
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Experience with ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Business Central/Navision);
  • Understanding of implementation methodologies (Agile or similar);
  • Emotionally intelligent and persuasive, with a diplomatic approach;
  • Comfortable working with both technical teams and business clients;
  • Fluent in Latvian; English required (B2+); Russian is a plus.
