Data Engineer

In this role, as a Data Engineer, you will build and support data pipelines and develop database business intelligence solutions for delivering actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Write relational database T-SQL queries
• Develop schemas and perform code reviews/debugging
• Manage Azure resources
• Design and implement a business process into functional and efficient code
• Develop analytic objects within MS Fabric
• Develop automation for Power BI’s push and streaming datasets
• Develop data integration from multiple systems into manageable data warehouse analytic data models
• Implement and manage company data management practices and policies
• Make recommendations for system improvements

Requirements:

• Approx. 2-3 years of experience as a Database Developer or similar position
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience in writing T-SQL queries and database management
• Experience in Azure Data Factory (creation & management of pipelines)
• Knowledge of Data warehousing design, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance

Nice to have:

• MS Power BI
• Understanding of any object-oriented programming language
