Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will join a dynamic and modern team of 10 professionals. Together, you will work with several leading iGaming brands in the Baltics and Scandinavia, creating innovative and compelling design solutions.

Location: Offices across -  Riga (headquarters), Tallinn and Vilnius

Job responsibilities:

  • Create innovative and compelling design solutions that are consistent and strategically aligned with the brands;
  • Effectively design solutions in accordance with project constraints and parameters, including quality and timeline metrics;
  • Successfully execute creative and art direction on assigned projects, either independently or by leading junior designers, freelancers, and photographers as needed;
  • Execute high-quality design work on assigned projects in a variety of media—digital and knowledge of basic print requirements;
  • Cooperate with departments to understand their goals and KPIs that are applicable to design work execution.


  • Proven experience (at least 3 years) in a designer or similar role;
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator);
  • Good understanding of composition, typography, and color palette;
  • Ability to adapt to any style and be flexible;
  • Strong design style and creative solutions that work within the constraints of briefs and online file sizes when applicable;
  • At least at an intermediate level, English language skills, both written and verbal.
